How to Return
Please click here to inform us of your desire to return an Item by emailing our contact page. you must email us within 7 days of receiving your item and return it within 14.
Please note: Some of our veils and online bridal collection are made to order and are therefore non-returnable or refundable.
Time Frame
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order it may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order to the address below.
Condition
Items must be returned new and unworn with the labels still fully intact and inside their original packaging. It is our policy to return Items to the purchaser if we suspect that it has been worn, damaged or used, these items may be deemed as non-refundable.
Refund
After shop inspection of the Item, you will be refunded in less than 48 hours.
